CresaPartners in Boston recently represented Citisoft and OwnerIQ in office leases totaling 7,656 s/f on Congress St.
OwnerIQ, a network of channel-focused websites, has relocated and expanded from 337 Summer St. The company, represented by Mike Bannon and Rick Lowe of CresaPartners, occupies 4,600 s/f at 320 Congress St., a 53,000 s/f office building. Jeff Becker and Bonny Doorakian of NAI Hunneman represented the landlord, Congress Plaza, LLC.
Citisoft, a consulting firm, has renewed its lease for 3,056 s/f at 343 Congress St., a 111,500 s/f office building. Mike Bannon and James Topper of CresaPartners represented Citisoft. The landlord, Berkeley Investments, represented itself.
