Cresa reps Hyperion Catalysis in 63,000 s/f renewal at Smith Place in Cambridge
The Cambridge market group at Cresa Boston, Dan Sullivan, Adam Subber, Paul Delaney, and John Coakley, recently represented Hyperion Catalysis International, a subsidiary of Wellstat, in a 63,000 s/f lease renewal at 38 Smith Place. The location is the company's headquarters, providing office and R&D space for Hyperion.
The landlord, Peter Bekarian, was represented by Jones Lang Lasalle.
Hyperion, which has occupied this space since 1990, chose to renew the lease because of the operational efficiency, proximity to its workforce, and access to the amenities of the area.
