Cranshaw Construction names Ragno diversity and work force coordinator
Newton, MA Cranshaw Construction is pleased to announce that Riane Ragno has been named the firm’s diversity and work force coordinator. In her new role, Ragno will lead Cranshaw’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiative and workforce compliance program. She is responsible for developing new strategies that support DEI goals and requirements, including workforce compliance and reporting, subcontractor cultivation, hiring/retention, data analysis, and implementing internal training, policies and procedures.
Ragno joined Cranshaw Construction in 2019 in the pre-construction/estimating department and has since taken an active role in the company’s DEI committees including philanthropy, culture, hiring and procurement.
