Crane joins Pearce Real Estate’s Edgehill team

North Haven, CT Nanette Pastore, president of Pearce Real Estate, hasadded Nicole Crane to its group of agents in the company’s New Haven office, as a member of the Edgehill team. With her extensive experience, diverse skill set, and strong community involvement, Crane brings a fresh perspective and unwavering dedication to serving clients in Greater New Haven and the Shoreline.

Crane’s journey in real estate began with her personal experiences of buying and selling several homes over the years. This hands-on involvement has provided her with valuable insights into the intricacies of the market and the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sculpture and a Certificate in Scientific Illustration, Crane’s educational background exemplifies her creativity and attention to detail, qualities that are invaluable in the world of real estate. Prior to joining Pearce, she worked in the arts sector, showcasing her ability to calmly navigate complex environments with precision.

Crane worked mainly with international arts institutions before reentering the workforce. She studied art as an undergraduate but began managing cultural institutions before graduating, managing international art collections for institutions such as ABN AMRO. She finished with years of service building diplomatic relationships through cultural events with city, state, national and international private and governmental institutions in Chicago and Los Angeles.

Beyond her professional achievements, Crane is engaged in her community. She is an active member of various organizations, including book clubs, environmental and animal rights groups, and volunteering with initiatives such as Audubon’s Christmas Bird Count and Coastal Shorebird Alliance. Her passion for these things reflects her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the realm of real estate.

In her leisure time, Crane indulges in hobbies including art, baking, cooking, gardening, hiking, fitness, reading, writing, and spending time with her beloved pets.
