Cozza and Mayrand of Kelleher & Sadowsky broker 2,400 s/f lease
ARC Point US leases 2,400 s/f at 490 Shrewsbury St. in Piccadilly Plaza. James Cozza of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc., brokered a lease on behlaf of the tenant. Matthew Mayrand of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the owner, WCM Enterprises, LLC.
ARC Point US is nationally recognized drug testing, and pre-employment screening operation that has over 20 locations throughout the U.D. This location at Piccadilly Plaza will be their first office in Mass.
ARC Point US is fully equipped to do both on-site testing, as well as at one of their many office locations throughout the country.
