Coyle of Godino & Company brokers 3,500 s/f retail lease

Tim Coyle, Godino & Co.

Belmont, MA The Russian School of Math (RSM) signed a long-term 3,500 s/f retail lease at 14 Church St. RSM is one of the oldest and most successful after-school programs in the United States with 35 locations across the country.  Tim Coyle of Godino & Company represented the landlord, Corbett Realty LLC, and procured the tenant. The building is now 100% leased. 

Godino & Co., a commercial real estate firm founded in 1967, provides real estate services to tenants and landlords in Eastern Mass., N.Y. and New England. Expert services include site selection, lease negotiation, investment sales, management, strategic consulting, and more.
