Costantino Realty names Costantino as Realtor

Costantino Realty Group, a real estate agency serving the residential and commercial market south of Boston, has named Kevin Costantino to the position of Realtor. Costantino will assist with the firm's growing customer base by helping with listings, as well as guiding buyers through the process of the real estate transaction. He will primarily service the real estate needs of customers in Pembroke and vicinity. He earned his bachelor's degree from Bentley University, from which he graduated magna cum laude, and has worked for a number of years in the field of accounting and taxation. He is licensed as an EA (Enrolled Agent), a designation for professional tax preparers. Costantino's interest in real estate grew out of his experiences taking part in the building process of his own homes. In 1991 and 2005, he oversaw the construction and remodeling of his own homes in Pembroke. "I was always involved in the process, and it was a great motivating factor for me to pursue real estate." He added, "As someone who has firsthand experience with building, I can help customers in understanding the types of features, and the type of construction, that they look for in that all-important purchase of a home." Costantino is active in volunteerism, having run the delivery program for several years at the Marshfield Food Pantry, and was also a Girls Softball Coach in Pembroke when his daughter, Alisa, was active in the sport. Costantino's brother, Joe, is the founder and owner of the real estate agency. Joe Costantino, founder/president of the agency, said, "It's great to have Kevin join this team. As his brother, I know firsthand about his work ethic and determination, and his strong desire to help people. Kevin is a people person, he understands the real estate industry from both the construction and the financing perspectives with his accounting and tax background, and he's a great guy, which I admit I say with perhaps a small touch of family bias. We're delighted to have him as part of our team." Costantino Realty Group is a real estate agency serving the residential and commercial needs of customers south of Boston. The agency's founder, Joe Costantino, brings his business background and experience as an author, business coach and presenter, to the real estate field to assure clients of a focused, results-oriented plan for success in assisting them with the sale or purchase of properties.
