Corneau joins Environmental Compliance Services, Inc. as project manager

Donald Corneau has joined Environmental Compliance Services, Inc. (ECS) as a project manager. Corneau has 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting field and is responsible for performing indoor air quality, asbestos, mold, and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) inspection and monitoring services in New Hampshire and central to eastern Massachusetts. His extensive experience in PCB remediation in building materials will strengthen ECS' capabilities in this up and coming market sector. Corneau's background is in facilities management and he holds ASTM certification in Property Condition Assessments, an electrical maintenance license, METESYS energy management system certification, and a Universal CFC certification. This diverse skill set will provide new opportunities for ECS to evaluate building infrastructure conditions and provide estimated costs over the life of buildings. Corneau has performed these assessments across the United States, most recently as a private consultant. Corneau also holds Mold Consultants licensure and asbestos inspection licensure in Texas, as well as asbestos inspection and management planner licensure in Massachusetts and asbestos inspection licensure in Rhode Island.
