The 2024 Cohort of the Young Leaders Professional Development Program kicked off its first class of the year in January 2024 - please join us in welcoming this year’s cohort! This one-year program began in 2015 and unites a maximum of 12 young professionals for a journey of personal and professional development, utilizing senior members of the CRE community and external professionals to elevate understanding of corporate real estate disciplines, provide one-on-one coaching for self-awareness and skill enhancement, culminating in a graduation ceremony at the annual Awards of Excellence dinner in 2025.

The Chapter provides yet another level of professional development with our Leadership 2.0 program, now halfway through their journey of growth and networking, recently sat down with DEI leader from The Equity Project, Dr. Dwinita Mosby Tyler for a deep dive on Equitable Leadership.

Applications for the CREST (Commercial Real Estate Success Training) program just closed and we are proud to announce that several of our chapter’s member firms will be participating in the 10-week paid summer internship and mentoring program, supporting talented college students who have been historically underrepresented in our industry. Additionally, the CoreNet Global - New England Chapter will provide a subsidy to up to four of our sponsor firms to help cover the cost of the program. We can’t wait to meet the interns, gaining practical skills that go beyond the classroom. Stay tuned for announcements on the internship and mentorship pairings!
