Cooney and Becker of NAI Hunneman neg. 2,800 s/f lease
NAI Hunneman has brokered a 2,800 s/f, three-year office lease at 87 Summer St.
David Cooney, an associate, and Jeffrey Becker, senior vice president, both of NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, New York City-based CenturionRealty. Timothy Bianchi of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, The Concord Group, a boutique real estate consultancy that maximizes the value of land-use opportunities.
"The Financial District remains one of Boston's most coveted locations and this lease is great for both parties involved," said Cooney. "Our client is pleased with the terms of this lease."
Built in 1877 and renovated in 1982, 87 Summer St.is a 25,413 s/f office building located at the heart of Boston's Financial District. The property enjoys convenient access to all MBTA lines, South Station, I-93 and 90, and area amenities found at Downtown Crossing.
