"We are pleased to welcome Piezo to our growing list of high-technology clients," said Derek Cook, Cummings Properties' leasing director. "Piezo joins many other innovative companies who appreciate the benefits unique to this area such as public transportation to and from Boston, numerous amenities and business services, and free ample parking." Cook represented Cummings Properties in the lease transaction. Ernie Wronka of Wronka Limited represented Piezo. Cummings Properties is a commercial real estate development company that has developed more than 9 million s/f of first-class commercial space in Boston.
