Cook of Cummings Properties and Garthoff of The Stubblebine Group arrange 10,000 s/f lease to Viridis 3D

Viridis 3D, a supplier of materials used in 3D printing, is consolidating its offices in Charlestown and Lowell in favor of opening a single, larger facility in Woburn. The three-year-old company recently signed a lease for a newly renovated, 10,000 s/f space at 10 Roessler Rd. Formerly home to a Bruegger's Bagels commissary, the facility previously featured large flour and grain silos and massive refrigeration units. Building owner, Cummings Properties, stripped the space down to shell condition and built out a clean-manufacturing facility to suit Viridis 3D's needs and specifications, which included a demonstration lab to showcase its robotics technology. Derek Cook, leasing director at Cummings Properties, worked with broker Ellen Garthoff at The Stubblebine Group to complete the lease. "Cummings Properties is pleased to welcome Viridis 3D to Woburn, where more and more high-tech firms are choosing to locate," said Cook. "The convenience to I-93 and I-95 is a very attractive factor for these companies." Viridis 3D is an all-inclusive supplier of additive manufacturing technology for making sand molds and cores for foundry applications. It sells materials, 3D printing machines, software, scanners, and provides the training needed to successfully deploy 3D printed casting solutions. Cummings Properties' 10 million s/f of prime space accommodates executive offices, healthcare facilities, laboratories, retail storefronts, warehouses, and more. With a portfolio of this size and variety, the firm can meet almost any commercial real estate need, from 150 to 300,000 s/f. Its in-house experts in design, construction, and property management offer "one-stop shopping" for leasing clients.
