Cook and Kerrigan of Avison Young sign Candescent Health to 5,788 s/f lease at Waltham Watch Factory

Avison Young has represented Candescent Health, Inc. in a new 5,788 s/f office lease at the Waltham Watch Factory, located at 221 Crescent St. Avison Young principal Steve Cook and associate Virginia Kerrigan, based in the firm's Boston office, represented Candescent Health. Candescent Health's lease at the Watch Factory marks the firm's first Massachusetts location. The company currently has locations in Connecticut and Ohio.
