Conrad and McEvoy of The Conrad Group handle 10,300 s/f in leases

Braintree, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. has negotiated leases totaling 10,300 s/f at 100 Grandview Rd. The new leases were completed with The Westport Group, Inc., for 3,671 s/f, Ameriprise Financial for 1,917 s/f, the law firm of Mullaney, Modestino and Culhane for 3,036 s/f and the Offices of Mark Mincolla for 1,665 s/f.

All leases were consummated for the owner by Robert Conrad, president, and James McEvoy, principal at The Conrad Group.

100 Grandview Rd. is a 100,000 s/f first class office building owned, built and managed by The John M. Corcoran Company and offers amenities including a full service cafeteria, fitness center and conference center.
