Conrad and McCourt of The Conrad Group represent FoxRock Properties in $2.7 million building sale

Randolph, MA The Conrad Group represented the seller of 42 Thomas Patten Dr. The 43,000 s/f office building is situated on 2.7 acres and is serviced by town water and sewer. Presently, the building is fully leased and is located ¾ mile from the intersection of Rtes. 39 and 24. Parking for 120 spaces is available adjacent to the building.

The new buyers have no major plans for the property. Robert Conrad and Paul McCourt, both from The Conrad Group represented the seller,  FoxRock Properties. Nick Osgood of Mansard Realty represented the buyer.

According to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $2.7 million.
