Conrad and McCourt of The Conrad Group, Inc. arrange 13,444 s/f lease

The Conrad Group, Inc., exclusive agents for Foxrock Properties has recently leased 13,444 s/f at 90 Libbey Parkway to Granite Medical. The 85,000 s/f medical office building, located in Libbey Park is now substantially leased and includes such tenants as South Shore Hospital, South Coast Dermatology, Harbor Medical, South Shore Women's Health, and Atrius Health. Bob Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, said, "90 Libbey remains an excellent option for medical users on the South Shore. It's well located, has all amenities needed and is affordable. We are extremely happy to have Granite Medical joining our tenant roster." Conrad was assisted by Paul McCourt, senior vice president of The Conrad Group. The firm represented both parties in this long-term transaction. Occupancy is expected by the end of the year.
