Connor and Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay handle $3.146m in sales include Black Rock Plaza and two multi-family properties

Bridgeport, CT Horvath & Tremblay has completed sale of three properties for $3.146 million. The properties include Black Rock Plaza in Bridgeport, and two multi-family properties in Norwalk and Danbury.

Thomas Connor and Matthew Nadler exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of Black Rock Plaza for a sale price of $1.925 million. The two building, multi-tenant retail plaza is located at 3400 Fairfield Ave. in the Black Rock neighborhood of town. The two buildings include 28,200 s/f on a 1.18-acre parcel. The property offers frontage and visibility along Fairfield Ave. with access to I-95 and U.S. Rte. 1. The property is leased to five local tenants with a value-add opportunity through the leasing of an additional 13,000 s/f space.

Connor also worked as the exclusive agent on two multi-family sales, 265 East Ave. in Norwalk closing at a sale price of $671,000 and 31 Wooster St. in Danbury, closing at a sale price of $550,000. 265 East Ave. contains four, two-bedroom units in 3,652 s/f and includes off street parking and in-unit laundry for tenants. The property benefits from its location with access to the East Norwalk Train Station and I-95. 31 Wooster St. in Danbury contains three, one-bedroom units, three studio units and one efficiency unit in 3,408 s/f. The property is positioned on a residential street adjacent to Danbury City Center and is within walking distance to numerous shopping and transportation amenities.
