On behalf of Oasis Northwoods LLC, CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP (CBRE/NE) completed a new lease expansion at The Tower at Northwoods at 222 Rosewood Dr. Coastal CapitalCorp., a privately owned private wealth manager, expanded into 7,536 s/f at the property.
As exclusive leasing agent for the asset, CBRE/NE's David Connolly, senior vice president/partner, and Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president represented the landlord. The Simard Company represented the tenant.
