Congratulations to ASM’s scholarship winners!

Boston, MA Associated Subcontractors of Mass. (ASM ) has named the winners of its five $2,000 scholarship awards for 2016, funded by proceeds from its annual ASM golf tournament. They are:

• Haley DeCristoforo, a graduate of Saugus High School who is currently majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of New Hampshire.

• Cassandra Gavin, a graduate of Oliver Ames High School in North Easton who will be studying Mechanical Engineering when she enters Cornell University this fall.

• Megan Laurie, a graduate of Archbishop Williams who will be studying Marine Safety & Environmental Protection at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

• Tyler Lajoie, a graduate of Athol High School who will be studying Business when he enters  Merrimack College this fall.

• Shannon Harney, a graduate of Douglas High School who will be studying Environmental Engineering when she enters Colorado State University this fall. 

Selected from a pool of 27 talented applicants, the five winners stood out for their academic & athletic achievements, and their community spirit.
