Condyne executes 10,132 s/f lease with Ryan Construction at 15 Commerce Dr. at Norton Commerce Center

Condyne, LLC recently executed a 10,132 s/f lease with Ryan Construction at 15 Commerce Dr. The Class A flex building located in the Norton Commerce Center is also home to tenants including T-Mobile, Creative Imprints and Axis Shield. Ryan Construction signed a 5-year lease with a 5-year option for office and warehouse space. This is a relocation from its former headquarters in Taunton. Interior windows were added to the private offices along the perimeter of the space in order to enhance natural light. These renovations were completed in just two weeks in order for Advantage to meet Ryan's pending lease expiration and assist them in avoiding lease holdover penalties. Bob Gibson, Ed Jarosz and Jeff Hamilton represented Ryan Construction while John Lashar and Paul Leone represented the landlord. Set on 123 acres of land, Norton Commerce Center consists of 3 flex buildings totaling 172,530 s/f. The campus is master planned for an additional 471,760 s/f of future development for office, flex and industrial space. Located directly off Rte. 495, Norton Commerce Center has incredible highway visibility as well as highway signage. Amenities of the park include ample parking, magnificent landscaping, numerous walking areas and a scenic pond. There are also many hotels, restaurants and additional retail, as well as the TPC of Boston in close proximity.
