Concannon promoted by Integrated Builders from vice president of operations to president

Rockland, MA Integrated Builders promoted John Concannon from vice president of operations to president. 

In his new role, Concannon will be responsible for construction management and operations for all of the organization’s projects. He will continue to oversee subcontractor bidding and coordination, prioritize on-site safety, manage budgets and schedules, and spearhead client communications. Current owner and president Jay Dacey will assume the role of CEO and dedicate a greater percentage of his time to sales and estimating activities. 

Dacey said, “As Integrated grows, this is an essential change.”

Concannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He has over two decades of industry experience, and has worked with service corporations, developers, property managers, retailers, healthcare institutions, and private sector clients to suit their unique construction management needs. His repertoire includes high-tech, commercial, institutional, laboratory, manufacturing, industrial, and renovation projects in the $25 to $50 million range. Concannon is LEED AP and OSHA certified. He also holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License.
