Combined Properties renews Walden Behavioral Care to 6,663 s/f

Two Corporation Way - Peabody, MA

Peabody, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Walden Behavioral Care, LLC has renewed a 6,663 s/f lease at Two Corporation Way in Centennial Park. 

“Two Corporation Way’s exceptional location was a primary factor in Walden’s initial decision to come to Centennial Park,” said Greg Regazzini, senior vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties. “This lease affirms that the first-class properties in our Peabody portfolio continue to facilitate the needs of well-established companies like Walden Behavioral and its Centennial Park neighbors.” 

“We believe that environment is of critical importance to the treatment of our patients,” said Stuart Koman, Ph.D., president and CEO of Walden. “Our spaces offer bright colors, an abundance of natural light and many quiet areas so that we can provide patients plenty of privacy and help them feel comfortable and safe.”

Matt Harvey, a principal of Cresa Boston represented Walden. Regazzini represented the landlord.
