Combined Properties signs two lease renewals totaling 69,350 s/f

Malden, MA Combined Properties, Inc. completed two lease renewals at 378 Commercial St., a 114,920 s/f industrial building. Vocell Bus Company and General Insulation together have renewed a total of 69,350 s/f.

Vocell Bus, one of New England’s leading school-bus transportation companies locally owned and operated by the Goodman family, occupies 16,000 s/f. General Insulation, a major distributor of commercial and industrial insulation, HVAC products, and fire stop products, occupies 53,350 s/f at 378 Commercial St.
