Combined Properties, Inc. renews 32,886 s/f lease with Hardware Products Co.

Combined Properties, Inc. has renewed its 32,886 s/f lease at 191 Williams St. with Hardware Products Company. They manufacture and deliver quality springs around the globe. As one of the original tenants at 191-201 Williams St., a 250,000 s/f first-class industrial center owned and managed by Combined Properties, Hardware Products has been at this Chelsea location since 1986. Combined Properties's Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing, represented the landlord and David Corkery of CBRE New England represented Hardware Products. "Our relationship with Hardware Products spans almost three decades and, after all these years, they're much more than just clients; they're friends," said Regazzini. "We remain committed to them as they in turn are committed to creating products and services of exceptional quality." Located five minutes from Boston and Logan International Airport, 191 Williams St. is adjacent to the Tobin Bridge and offers access to Boston/Rte. 1. The industrial complex has additional warehouse spaces available, some with generous refrigerated areas, which is a valuable asset in this food-centric area. "Hardware Products relocated to Chelsea from the North End and, nearly 30 years later, Chelsea and Combined Properties continue to serve our needs," said Ted White, president of Hardware Products.
