Colonial Properties, Inc. broker leases totaling 13,000 s/f

Waterbury, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the firm has completed the following transactions:    

• Fred Messore, SVP, represented the landlord, Evelyn Peschell, in the leasing of 1,500 s/f restaurant space located at 93 Campbell Ave. in West Haven to Charlie and James Place for a five year term. 

• Kevin Weirsman, VP, represented the landlord, North York Commercial, LLC for two leases completed at 843 Hamilton Ave. in Waterbury. Bonauto Enterprises leased 8,000 s/f for classic car sales and storage for a two year lease. Practical Self Defense Training leased 1,600 s/f for five years to expand to a total of 7,000 s/f at the complex.

• Gary Bellard, commercial broker, CCIM, represented the landlord, Simone Development of Orange, LLC, in the leasing of 2,000 s/f office space located at 109 Boston Post Rd. in Orange to Coastal Medical Supply for a two year term.  

 “We are very pleased to see a vibrant start to 2019. The activity level in the commercial real estate market since the start of the new year has been robust; we are looking forward to a productive year of dealmaking,” said Richetelli.
