Colonial Realty has negotiated the following transactions. Emsar Inc., renewed its lease for 136,000 s/f at 125 Access Rd., Stratford. Emsar Inc. is a global manufacturer of fine mist sprayers and dispensing lotion pumps with applications in almost every category, from fragrance to food to industrial cleansers. Joel Hausman represented the landlord and David Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty represented the tenant. Unger Enterprises has leased 30,000 s/f at 380 Horace St., Bridgeport. Unger Enterprises is a distributor of quality cleaning products. Gorbach represented the landlord and the tenant. Wal-Mart has leased 28,000 s/f at 459 Iranistan Ave., Bridgeport.
