Colonial Realty has negotiated the following transactions.
Emsar Inc., renewed its lease for 136,000 s/f at 125 Access Rd., Stratford. Emsar Inc. is a global manufacturer of fine mist sprayers and dispensing lotion pumps with applications in almost every category, from fragrance to food to industrial cleansers. Joel Hausman represented the landlord and David Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty represented the tenant.
Unger Enterprises has leased 30,000 s/f at 380 Horace St., Bridgeport. Unger Enterprises is a distributor of quality cleaning products. Gorbach represented the landlord and the tenant.
Wal-Mart has leased 28,000 s/f at 459 Iranistan Ave., Bridgeport. Gorbach represented the landlord in the transaction and Steve Makowski of MJB Realty represented the tenant.
Gorbach of Colonial Realty brokered the sale of the former I. Brown Brothers property on the corner of Kings Hwy. and Jennings Rd. The property consists of over 21,000 s/f building and approximately 1.24 acres of land. The purchase price was $3 million. A future development is planned for the site. Gorbach represented the seller and Steve Miller of Levey Miller and Maretz represented the purchaser.
Starlight Construction has leased 19,200 s/f at 1400 Honeyspot Rd. Extension, Stratford. Starlight Construction is a full service builder that combines engineering, architectural and construction services. Gorbach represented the landlord and tenant.
The Children's Museum has leased 10,135 s/f at 2285 Reservoir Ave., Trumbull. The Children's Museum is a place of higher education for kids where playing and learning connect. The Museum Preschool revolutionizes the way young children are taught. Gorbach represented the landlord and George Chiodo of Remax represented the tenant.
Home Hearth and Patio of Greenwich, Inc. has leased 12,000 s/f at 459 Iranistan Ave., Bridgeport. Home Hearth and Patio of Greenwich, Inc. specializes in the distribution of outdoor furniture and hardware supplies. Gorbach represented the landlord and Franco Fellah of HK Group represented the tenant.
New River Electric has leased 9,600 s/f at 27 Halley Court, Fairfield. New River is involved in the rebuilding of the power grid from Norwalk to Milford. Gorbach represented the landlord and tenant.
Clearwater Industries leased 4,000 s/f at 415 Bridgeport Ave., Shelton. Clearwater Industries specializes in the repair, maintenance and inspection of air conditioning and refrigeration components. Gorbach represented the landlord and the tenant.
