Colonial Realty and Vidal/Wettenstein arrange 4,119 s/f warehouse lease
Stratford, CT Oomph Home Furnishings has leased 4,119 s/f of warehouse space at 1915 Stratford Ave. Terms of the lease were not disclosed other than it being a five-year lease with options to renew.
Oomph Home Furnishings is an American-made furniture company specializing in upholstery, case goods and lighting. The company has several trade showrooms and interactive website. The corporate office is in New Canaan.
David Flayhan, principal of Colonial Realty, a Southpoint Group Company, based in Norwalk, represented the landlord, and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, Westport, represented the tenant.
