Bellard and Vitti of Colonial Properties complete two leases totaling 11,500 s/f in Orange, CT

236 Boston Post Road - Orange, CT

Orange, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., ithe company has completed the following transactions:

• Gary Bellard, broker at Colonial Properties, represented the tenant, New Solutions Pain Management, in leasing 3,026 s/f of built-out medical office space located at 236 Boston Post Rd. for a five-year lease term. Tom Cavaliere of Coldwell Banker represented the landlord, Monarch Properties.

• Tony Vitti, Realtor at Colonial Properties, represented the landlord, R&E Realty, LLC in the leasing of 8,500 s/f of warehouse space located at 81 Boston Post Rd. for a one year lease term to a tenant who will utilize the space for storage. Vitti was the sole broker in this transaction.
