Collins joins Cresa as senior vice president

Boston, MA According to Cresa, Daniel Collins has joined the company as senior vice president. In this role, Collins will leverage his more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience on behalf of tenants in the city real estate market while working closely with managing principals Joseph Sciolla, Adam Subber, and Daniel Sullivan on leading and growing the firm’s portfolio.

Collins has developed a reputation for delivering thoughtful and honest representation in Boston’s downtown market, one of the most prolific and dynamic markets in the country. He joins Cresa from Colliers International, where he represented a variety of business sectors, including law firms, technology companies, and start-ups, and high-profile companies such as Life is Good, UBER, and Cross Insurance.

“I have been a big fan of the entrepreneurial spirit and culture at Cresa for a long time,” said Collins. “I am beyond excited to have my strong work ethic and overall competitive mindset recognized by Cresa and I look forward to the opportunity to help take Cresa to the next level as well as guiding and mentoring up-and-coming staff within the firm.”

Collins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Boston College. He is an active member of the board for the Special Olympics of Massachusetts as well as on the Fundraising Advisory Committee for the Life is Good Kids Foundation. In 2013, Collins was recognized by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ) with a 40 Under 40 award for his professional accomplishments and community involvement.
