Collins and Ryan of NAI Hunneman lease 4,900 s/f for Koda Ventures
NAI Hunneman brokered a 4,900 s/f lease at 4 Preston Court on behalf of the property owner, Koda Ventures LLC.
LiquidPixels, a supplier of advanced dynamic imaging solutions, agreed to a lease term of five years at 4 Preston Court, a 25,000 s/f, two-story office facility.
Vice president Dan Collins, and associate Sean Ryan, of NAI Hunneman, represented Koda Ventures LLC in the lease. Bruce Lee of Lee Partners of New England negotiated on behalf of LiquidPixels.
"4 Preston Court presented the ideal situation for LiquidPixels to expand their operations while remaining in Bedford and providing them with a strategic location in close proximity to Hartwell Ave & Route 128." said Ryan.
Located at the intersection of Rtes.128 & 225, 4 Preston Court is owned by Quincy. Mass.-based Koda Vtrs., a privately held real estate investment and management firm.
