NAI Hunneman has represented Life is good in a 21,682 s/f lease at 51 Melcher St. in the city's Innovation District. NAI Hunneman vice president Dan Collins, along with executive vice president/principal Steve James, represented Life is good. 51 Melcher St. owner Synergy Investments was represented by CBRE/NE's Bill Crean, senior vice president/partner, and Kevin Kennedy, first vice president. "51 Melcher St. offers Life is good a creative office environment in an enlivened Boston neighborhood that is very much in line with the company's culture," said Collins. "The Innovation District offers tenants the option to re-imagine spaces that are more conducive to collaborative work environments." Owned and operated by Synergy Investments, 51 Melcher St. offers a prime location in thecity's busy Innovation District. The building is being re-engineered with a new lobby, roof, windows, elevators, power feeds, HVAC and technology systems. "Between our non-profit and for-profit offices, Life is good is currently split into three Back Bay locations. This move brings all Boston offices together under one roof which will greatly improve our communication, collaboration, and unity," said Life is good CEO Bert Jacobs. "By committing to The Innovation District we're investing in the future of Boston, and our forecast is....Mostly Sunny!"
