Colliers M&G's Daniel and Lawrence assist in 60,000 s/f sublease
Spinnaker Management Group, LLC has executed a 60,000 s/f sublease at 148 Ward Hill Ave. Colliers Meredith & Grew senior vice president Matthew Daniels and assistant vice president Christopher Lawrence represented Spinnaker Management. Senior director Richard Ruggiero of Cushman & Wakefield represented GlobalWare Solutions, Inc., the sublandlord.
Built in 2000, 148 Ward Hill Ave. is a single-story, 86,600 s/f industrial warehouse located within the Ward Hill Industrial Park.
