Colliers International secures 2,644 s/f lease for Atlantic Tambone at 6 Kimball Lane

Lynnfield, MA Colliers International locked up 2,644 s/f of space at 6 Kimball Ln. for TRIAD Engineering, an engineering staffing agency. The Colliers team, led by Tim Brodigan, Greg Klemmer, Rob Glor, and Dan Driscoll has represented the landlord, Atlantic Tambone, since May 2014 and has closed a total of 8,227 s/f at the property since taking on the account.

According to Robert Tambone, president of Atlantic Tambone, 4,300 s/f is remaining as available space for lease for a vacancy rate of 5% in the building. He also indicated that the activity level over the past year has been robust and being an onsite owner and manager has helped attract and maintain existing tenants. In addition, the building has recently opened a new full service café, serving both breakfast and lunch. Fresh Food, LLC is a division of the Wenham Tea House located in Wenham, Mass.

Triad relocated from 131 Middlesex Tpke., Burlington, Mass. in pursuit of a class A location north of Woburn that will improve the commute for employees at the firm. The company was represented by Mike McCarthy of Avison Young in the transaction.
