Colliers International leases 6,152 s/f at Bethany Commons to Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate

Bedford, NH Colliers International leased 6,152 s/f at Bethany Commons, 163 South River Rd. to Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate | The Masiello Group. Doug Martin, of Collier’s Manchester office, represented the landlord, Riley Enterprises and assisted the lessee. This transaction brought together the teams at Better Homes & Gardens, Riley, Colliers, and Stibler Associates to design and implement a long term strategic plan for the property. Recently acquired by Riley in 2017, Bethany Commons is 100% leased and undergoing a full renovation of the common areas and grounds.
