Colliers International facilitates 12,000 s/f lease for Dellbrook/JK Scanlan at One Adams Place

Quincy, MA The southwest team of Colliers International, Boston, assisted Dellbrook/JK Scanlan, a construction management firm, to expand its existing office space to 12,000 s/f at One Adams Place. The location offers Dellbrook access to its current construction projects that are located across the state. Colliers’ Steve Woelfel and Dave Goodhue facilitated the transaction.

The One Adams Place building is located at 859 Willard St., at the I-93, and Rtes. 128 and 3 split and offers a cafeteria in the building as well as close proximity to South Shore Plaza. The property is owned by Hudson Advisors.
