Stamford, CT Colliers International Group Inc. has orchestrated the sale of 750 East Main St. Darien-based Forstone Capital, LLC acquired the 103,367 s/f, class A office asset in an undisclosed, off-market transaction.

Al Gutierrez, an executive managing director, and Enzennio Mallozzi, a managing director in the global commercial real estate services firm’s Stamford branch, as well as Cynthia Foster, president, office services USA in Colliers’ NYC office, represented the seller and procured the buyer.

“This transaction required a buyer who knows the market well and understands that this is a quality asset at a value-driven price,” said Gutierrez. “We had to move quickly in order for the exit strategy to be beneficial for the seller, and were able to find the right buyer and complete the deal within a 40-day window.”

The 10-story building features six floors of office space and four levels of structured parking, with a flexible floorplate suited to small and large tenants in numerous industries, including financial services, technology, insurance, sales, service and marketing. Amenities include food services, a fitness center, conference facility and security.

One of the property’s attributes are the views it offers of Long Island Sound. “A fully amenitized product such as this will allow Forstone Capital to bring to market a competitive alternative in the Stamford CBD market,” said Mallozzi.
