Colliers Dow & Condon has brokered three leases totaling 22,350 s/f. The deals include:
* Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE, of Colliers Dow & Condon brokered a 20,115 s/f industrial lease at 221 South St. Morizio represented the lessor, New Britain Business Center LLC, and the tenant.
* Bob Pagani and Rich Abo of Colliers Dow & Condon brokered a 1,200 s/f office lease at 96 Connecticut Ave., East Hartford. The lessor was Saxon Clifford Partners and the lessee was Member Services LLC.
* Carl Zoephel of Colliers Dow & Condon brokered a 1,035 s/f office lease at 15A Pasco Dr., East Windsor. The lessor was P.D. Benson Investments LLC and the lessee was Phillips Home Solutions.
