Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage expands to Southbury

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., has acquired the assets of the Southbury office of Home Services LLC, which does business as Century 21 Home Services Scalzo Group, and the Oxford, Conn. office of Home Services LLC, which does business as Century 21 Home Services Richter Real Estate (collectively Century 21 Home Services). Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company. With 16 sales associates, the Home Services Southbury office located at 385 Main Street South will remain open and operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The Home Services Oxford office, which has four sales associates, will merge into the existing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office located at 71 Oxford Rd. "I am pleased to welcome these talented real estate professionals to our Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team in Connecticut," said Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.
