Glickman Kovago & Co. has brokered the lease of 1 Zottoli Rd. between GP Development Trust and MGM Services, Inc.
MGM Services, Inc. is a general contracting firm. 1 Zottoli Road is 1,200 s/f of commercial space located just off Main St.
David Cohen, vice president at Glickman Kovago, represented both parties.
