Cohen, Kilar and Kenney of Marcus & Millichap broker $1.92 million sale of a Midas location

Lynn, MA Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Midas, a 6,000 s/f net-leased property, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $1.92 million.

Adam Cohen, Brett Kilar and Grace Kenney, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was secured by Cohen and Kilar.

Cohen said, “This was a highly desirable property that received interest from several buyers. The buyer who won the deal made a strong offer, and the property was spoken for less than a week from its initial launch.”

Midas is located at 555 Lynnway, nine miles from Boston in the main retail corridor. Tenants in the immediate vicinity include McDonalds, AutoZone, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Wendy’s, KFC, Dunkin, Dollar Tree, and more.
