Glickman Kovago & Co. has brokered the sale of 15 Mendon St. for Mary Kottsis and Capron Corp. both of Uxbridge for $175,000. The 2,800 s/f commercial building on Rte. 16.
David Cohen, VP at Glickman Kovago, represented the seller, Kottsis. Jeffrey Borus, VP at Glickman Kovago, represented the buyer, Capron.
