Coelho joins Cresa as senior vice president

Boston, MA According to Cresa Boston, Mark Coelho has joined the firm as a senior vice president. In this role, Coelho will leverage his more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience on behalf of tenants in the suburban Boston real estate market, particularly along Rte. 128, Rte. 2 and I-495.

An award-winning broker, Coelho has been involved in the leasing of over three million s/f of office space, with an aggregate value of over $400 million. 

At Cresa Boston, he will provide his clients with services including comprehensive lease audits, strategic site selection, lease negotiations, financial analyses, “lease versus buy” examinations, and lease buyouts/subleasing.

“Throughout his career Mark has earned the respect of both his colleagues and clients for his ability to provide successful solutions based on strategic consulting coupled with creative ideas and innovative thinking,” said Joe Sciolla, managing principal at Cresa Boston. “These qualities squarely align with Cresa Boston’s consultative approach to every client relationship and we are delighted to welcome Mark to the firm.”

Prior to joining Cresa Boston, Coelho was a senior vice president at Avison Young where he helped establish the company’s Boston office in 2011. Before that, he spent eight years at Grubb & Ellis where he also focused on the suburban commercial property market.

Coelho is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is also deeply committed to his volunteer service with the United Way and the International Mosaic Down Syndrome Society.

Coelho earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration and financial economics from St. Anselm College in New Hampshire.
