Bedford Village Inn - Excellence in Construction Award, commercial under $1 million Since Cobb Hill's renovations, the Bedford Village Inn has been transformed into a beautiful combination of traditional New England charm complemented by all the modern luxuries that a guest could desire. With the addition of Corks, the Bedford Village Inn is now home to one of the largest and most elegant wine bars in the state. Manchester Renovation & Addition - Excellence in Construction Award, Private Residence, over $1 million Cobb Hill Construction completed significant renovations to this property, ultimately going above and beyond the original scope of the project. Working with home- owners who were traveling during the renovations proved difficult at times; however, the project proved to be exactly what the owners were hoping for. Cobb Hill was successful in preserving the original architectural details of the building while incorporating efficient modern-day technology. The Exeter Inn has recently become known as one of the premier luxury inns in southern New Hampshire. According to the organization, these biannual Excellence in Construction awards provide ABC with an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of member contractors throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. There are entry categories specific to all trades so the competition is focused and equal. "We are humbled by the recognition that our work has received. Each of these projects represents the hard work and dedication to craftsmanship that our staff instills in everything that they do. We are grateful as a firm and proud of our staff for this honor," said Jerry Kingwill, principal of Cobb Hill.
