Cobb Hill awarded renovations projects at Havenwood-Heritage

Cobb Hill Constructioin was contracted by Havenwood-Heritage Heights Retirement Community for some projects, which include combining two pairs of adjacent units and renovating lavatories in the main building. Unit renovations are underway to create more combination units, which will be accomplished by merging two pairs of adjacent units into two larger units. One pair of units is on Christian Ave. and the other is on East Side Dr. The Christian Ave. combo unit will also have a new covered entry installed. The common space restrooms in the main building will receive a complete overhaul including new porcelain tile floors and walls, Corian lavatory countertops, accent lighting, additional fresh air ventilation, and all new electronic ADA plumbing. The renovated restrooms will also include new push button automatic door openers to improve accessibility. "We are honored to have been contracted by Havenwood-Heritage Heights again," states Jerry Kingwill, president of Cobb Hill Construction. "We always enjoy working with them and are happy to do so again this year."
