New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of the commercial buildings located at 401 and 403 County St. The sale price was not disclosed.
The 5,444 s/f two-story office building and adjacent storage building were originally occupied by a whaling merchant back in the 1800’s.
The building was owned by the seller MIH1 LLC and has been purchased by 401 County LLC.
The seller was represented by Lori Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, broker and vice-president at Coastal Commercial.
The property includes a large 17,000 s/f off-street parking lot.
Offices will occupy the first and second level of 401 County St. and 403 County St. storage space will be leased.
