Andover, MA Troy Coady, of MANSARD, represented RAID, Inc. in its recent lease restructuring at 200 Brickstone Sq. RAID right-sized its operation to a more efficient 10,136 s/f layout seven months prior to its previous lease expiration while extending its lease for an additional five years at 200 Brickstone Sq. The early lease restructuring resulted in an $50,000 savings for RAID.
