Cleeman Realty Group brokers the $.213 million off-market sale of a net lease Dollar Tree store in Springfield, IL.
Springfield, IL Cleeman Realty Group negotiated the $1.213 million off-market sale of a net lease Dollar Tree store. The 11,000 s/f building is located at 2707 E. Sangamon Ave. on a 1.24 acre site adjacent to Ruler Foods.
Jeremy Scheer and Sam Seelenfreund of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer and seller.
“The seller was able to sell into a strong net lease market and achieve a aggressive price based on credit of the tenant,” said Scheer.
