Clark of The Geenty Group brokers 857 s/f lease to Coastal Gold Exchange & Gifts
Heidi Burlison of Coastal Gold Exchange & Gifts, LLC, has leased 857 s/f of space at 71 West Main St.
This is in the retail strip known as B Pybus Plaza. They will be buying precious metals and selling unique gifts.
The landlord is 71 West Main, LLC. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, Realtors, was the sole agent in this transaction.
