Clark of The Geenty Group brokers $290,000 building sale

Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the sale of a 4,412 s/f building at 100 North Branford Rd. The sale price was $290,000. The sellers are Roger and Barbara Richard. The buyers are Mark and Lauren DeFrancesco, they will be using the first floor of the building for their present business and retain the present residential apartment tenants on the second and third floors. The building is three-stories, constructed in 1750 and sited on a half acre of IG-2 zoned land. 

Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, represented both parties in this transaction. Santo Matarazzo, Esq. was the attorney for the buyer and Michael Whalen, Esq. was the attorney for the seller. 

Also, Geenty Group completed the lease of a 1,334 s/f unit at 2415 Boston Post Rd. in Guilford. The tenant is Shoreline Psychotherapy & Crisis Consultation Center, LLC. Dr. Alex Klein is the owner. The tenant will use the office for a psychotherapy consultation center. The landlord is Mariner Properties, LLC. 

Clark of Geenty was the agent for the landlord. Jennifer Gregoretti of Coldwell Banker in Madison was the agent for the tenant.
