Avison Young has brokered an 11,000 s/f lease at 11 River St. Avison Young associate Michael Ciummei and principal Karyn McFarland represented the tenant, Hansen Aerospace. Nordlund Associates vice president Anthony Triglione represented the landlord, GRH Realty, Inc.
11 River St. is a one-story, 18,000 s/f warehouse located in the greater Boston Danvers/Beverly industrial submarket.
